The festival is currently hiring the following positions:
EVENT PRODUCER
This position is responsible for producing parties and events for the 2025 Overlook Film Festival, including coordinating with venues, vendors, and product sponsors, supervising setup and decoration, and coordinating run of show for each special event during the Festival.
VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
This position is responsible for overseeing all volunteers for the 2025 Overlook Film Festival. This includes recruiting, training, providing their benefits, working with all staffing departments to assist with volunteer needs, and communicating directly with the festival volunteers to make sure they have a great experience working with the festival.
